Tour Itinerary
First Day: Delhi Welcomes You
You will be met at the airport or railway
station by our friendly staff member with the necessary paperwork to take you
to your hotel. After checking in and having a chance to rest for a bit, it is
time to explore all that Delhi has to offer ("Delhi"). Depending upon
when you arrive, you may want to go on an evening tour or eat some great local
street food at one of the nearby markets. Overnight in Delhi.
Second day: Exploring Delhi &
Travelling to Agra
After eating breakfast, get ready to
discover the many contrasts between Old Delhi and New Delhi. Your first
experience will be riding a rickshaw through one of the busiest streets in
Delhi, Chandni Chowk. After riding through Chandni Chowk, we will be visiting
some of the most popular tourist attractions in both Old and New Delhi as
follows:

Jama Masjid: One of the largest
mosques in India.
·
Raj Ghat: The serene memorial
of Mahatma Gandhi.
·
Qutub Minar: The tallest brick
minaret in the world.
·
Humayun’s Tomb: A UNESCO World
Heritage Site, often considered a precursor to the Taj Mahal.
·
India Gate, Lotus Temple, and a
drive past the President's House and Parliament House.
Later in the day, we’ll set off on a scenic
drive to Agra, which will take about 3.5 to 4 hours. Once we arrive, you can
check into your hotel and unwind. Overnight stay in Agra.
Day 3: Agra’s Wonders & Journey to
Jaipur (via Fatehpur Sikri)
Rise and shine! We’re heading to the breathtaking
Taj Mahal at sunrise. This stunning white marble monument is a sight you won’t
want to miss and is one of the most photographed places in the world.
After returning to your hotel for
breakfast, we’ll visit:

Agra Fort: A grand red
sandstone fort that was once the home of Mughal emperors.
·
Itmad-ud-Daulah (Baby
Taj) or Mehtab Bagh: For a lovely view of the Taj Mahal across the
Yamuna River.
Then, we’ll hit the road to Jaipur. On the
way, we’ll stop at Fatehpur Sikri, a beautifully preserved ghost town
built by Emperor Akbar.
By evening, we’ll arrive in Jaipur and
check into your hotel. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 4: Exploring the Pink City
After breakfast, it’s time to soak in the royal
vibes of Jaipur. We’ll start with a trip to the majestic Amber Fort, where you
can choose between an elephant ride or a jeep to reach the entrance.

300-year-old astronomical observatory.

Hawa Mahal: The famous Palace
of Winds, known for its 953 windows.

In the evening, take a leisurely stroll
through the bustling Bapu Bazaar or Johari Bazaar for some local shopping and a
taste of Rajasthani cuisine. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 5: Back to Delhi
After breakfast, we’ll check out from the hotel and make our way back to Delhi,
which will take about 5 to 6 hours. Once we arrive, you can check into your
hotel and enjoy the evening at your own pace. If you’re up for it, consider
catching an optional cultural show or exploring local markets like Connaught
Place or Dilli Haat. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 6: Farewell to Delhi
After breakfast you will check out from your hotel, then your driver will take you to either the airport or train station to continue your journey back home or onward to your next destination. Your 6-Day Golden
Triangle Tour has finished, but you will have many great memories of all the places you visited during your travels through Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur!
